DESCRIPTION: Connect one end of the fluorescent tube to the grounded cable. Hold the other end of the tube as you scuff your shoes on the carpet.
SUGGESTIONS: Best on dry, low humidity days.
EQUIPMENT: Cheap nylon carpet, fluorescent tube, ground wire.
